An independent background investigation is performed for any criminal convictions. Each caregiver is then given a battery of assessment tests to determine attitude, maturity and other potential concerns. Text Box: The Difference — Care Management Text Box: Experience the difference between home care agencies when you select a caregiver from CareAge HomeCare. We don’t charge additional fees for Care Management when a caregiver is in an individual’s home. Our hourly or live-in rates include our Care Management system at no additional charge. Our care coordinator will visit the client, assess the client’s needs, draft a service plan and supervise the assigned caregiver for no additional fees.
