Text Box: Pre-Service Assessment Text Box: Clients can be admitted for service in the privacy of their own homes. Every potential client is assessed by our trained Care Coordinator within 24 hours of all referrals. There is no charge for this assessment. The Care Manager is responsible for authorizing a client’s admission to the program.
